The decisions of the arbitrators shall be binding and conclusive upon all parties involved and judgment upon any award of the arbitrators may be entered by any court having competent jurisdiction. This provision shall be specifically enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that EXPO Design Center may at any time and without notice change the terms, conditions and notices under which this Site is offered.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and EXPO Design Center as a result of this agreement or your use of this Site.

EXPO Design Center's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of EXPO Design Center's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by EXPO Design Center with respect to such use.

This agreement, the privacy statement, and terms of sale constitute the entire agreement between you and Homer TLC with respect to this Site. This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and EXPO Design Center with respect to this Site. No modification of this agreement shall be effective unless it is authored by EXPO Design Center or its affiliates, or unless it is physically signed in blue ink by an officer of Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. Any alleged waiver of any breach of this agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any future breach. A printed version of this agreement and/or of any notice given by EXPO Design Center or Homer TLC in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement or your use of this Site to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained by EXPO Design Center or Homer TLC in printed form.
